About This Training

The Court Improvement Program (CIP) of the Louisiana Supreme Court in partnership with the Pelican Center for Children and Families welcomes you to attend a virtual CIP Café featuring LEAF.  LEAF was developed in 2019 by a coalition of dedicated young adults as a redesigned version of the LYLAC (Louisiana Youth Leadership Advisory Council) and currently serves as the official Louisiana State Youth Advisory Board.

This training is free, the applications have been submitted for approval for one hour of CEU's and CLE.  It is designed for all judges, private adoption attorneys, adoption agencies, clerks of court, and legal and child welfare stakeholders.
