About Us...

Team Dynamics LLC formed in 2009. Our CEO, Susan Shaffette, has over 25 years experience and is a Certified Government Meeting Professional (through the Society of Government Meeting Professionals). Our team members have a broad spectrum of educational degrees and certifications, experiences and talents. As an independent planning group, we contract with local, state and/or federal government, nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups and industry partners to implement great projects with positive outcomes. In several instances, we have been able to certify as a sole source. We will be happy to provide a list of references upon request.


WHAT WE DO:

CONFERENCE & TRAINING PLANNING, COORDINATION AND CREDITS
We are experienced professionals at planning meetings from board meetings to large-scale conferences.  We can be your pre-event planning team, on-site coordinators and post-event wrap-up committee. You are able to continue with your daily workload, confident that your event will be ready to go - on time and on budget!

Team Dynamics can do your location RFP, speaker/faculty searches, event website, development of an event app featuring your exhibitors and sponsors, online registration with options to pre-register for sessions, CEU application/tracking, exhibit and sponsor management, create and distribute credit and/or attendance certificates, and more!


Do you want to provide your training online? We can provide planning and coordination for live webinars. Your trainers and audience can be anywhere! Your live webinar can also be recorded.

COMMUNICATIONS
We can assist your organization with online & print messages, providing you with a complete set of tools for networking. We will manage your database, email campaigns, social media posts, and monitor the analytics.

MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP TRAINING
We will provide training on a variety of topics, either live or online. We can help you with creation & facilitation of training webinars and/or materials. We provide membership or association management, including dues and pledges.

REPORTS & MATERIALS
We will gather information using a variety of tools and conduct your surveys and focus groups. We can research current trends, reports and data and compile into a finished report. We can design your newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, postcards, and more for print and online use.
