Attend this interactive training to learn about the six ethical principles of social work outlined by the National Association of Social Work (NASW). Participants will identify ethical principles that impact sample practice situations and identify strategies to adhere to ethical principles when encountering practice situations and ethical decision making.
This program has been approved for 3 ethics continuing education contact hours by the National Association of Social Workers, Louisiana Chapter as authorized by the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners, and may be applied toward the continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. This course will be presented using the Zoom program format.
Presenter: Sharon Delvisco, DSW(C), RSW (#15911), MSW is currently employed as the Training Coordinator and Event Planning Associate at Team Dynamics, LLC. She is a Doctoral Candidate for Social Work degree at the University of Southern California Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work (expectation graduation 12/2020.) She received her masters degree from Southern University at New Orleans. She has 30 years of experience supporting people with disabilities, their family members and the agencies that serve them to live the life of their choice in the community.
